Design, development and manufacturing — from an idea to a working part
Mechanics, electronics, control and CNC machining under one roof, in Barkai Kibbutz Industrial Area. Product development and prototyping, production-line solutions and parts made to drawing.

Product development and prototyping
The move from an idea to a physical object you can hold and test is where many projects stall. At Dreamtech, mechanical design, electronics, software and manufacturing happen in the same place, so each version can be built, tested and improved quickly.
Work progresses through defined stages: requirements and feasibility, first prototype, first production run and manufacturing documentation. You can pause and make a decision at each stage.
- Mechanical design and 3D modelling
- Electronics, sensors, motion systems and software
- Prototype fabrication using CNC, 3D printing and composites

Featured projects

Engine prototype and test stand
Research, simulation, design and manufacture of a working prototype with Ben-Gurion University.
View project →

Camera-stabilisation system
Two units for cameras up to 15 kg: carbon and aluminium frames, sensors and brushless motors.
View project →

Motion-sensor development simulator
A mechanical simulator, high-speed cameras and analysis software for a customer's motion sensor.

Production-line solutions
A repetitive manual task, a bottleneck, a slow quality-control check or a job with no off-the-shelf machine: we design and build a dedicated solution that integrates into your existing line.
The work starts with the process: rate, constraints, interfaces and success criteria. We build and test the system in the workshop before installation to shorten implementation time at your factory.
- Custom machines and targeted automation
- Test rigs, jigs and simulators
- Pneumatics, sensors, controllers and operating software

Featured projects

Custom machine for RF identification tags
Feeding, programming, CNC engraving and quality control in one machine, with operating software and logging.
View project →

Fabric-strip cutting machine
Hot-blade cutting and sealing, with a controller and screen for length, angle, temperature and speed.
View project →

Labelling machine for a packaging line
A photoelectric sensor and pneumatic mechanism integrated into an existing line, freeing an operator for other work.
View project →
Manufacturing to drawing — CNC and small batches
CNC milling with a working capacity of up to 4 × 2 metres, alongside 3D printing, moulds and composites. Suitable for prototype parts, vacuum-forming moulds and small batches that do not justify industrial-scale production.
Send a ready file, a drawing or an existing part. If you do not have a file yet, start with a sketch and we can model it before fabrication.
- Aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic, wood and acrylic
- Glass fibre and carbon fibre, glass, stone and HPL
- From a single part to a small batch

Sample work

Aluminium parts for a camera-stabilisation system
Machined parts for two prototypes.

Parts for an engine prototype
Machined and assembled parts for a prototype and test stand.
View project →

Composite hoof and horseshoes
A Kevlar, epoxy and silicone horse hoof for a simulator, plus a mould and horseshoe made from Kevlar fabric.
