Automatic plastic-fabric strip cutting machine

A hot-blade machine that cuts plastic-fabric strips and seals their edges in one operation. The work included 3D modelling, component sourcing, mechanical fabrication, assembly of microcontroller circuits and a control screen, and dedicated software to set strip length, cutting angle, blade temperature and operating speed.
