Collaboration

Dreamtech works alongside businesses, design offices, entrepreneurs and professionals who need a technical partner that can design, build and manufacture.

Collaboration can mean a single defined project, a regular work package within a larger project, or an ongoing partnership. We agree responsibilities, deliverables and success criteria in advance.

Who we work with

Design offices and engineering firms

Manufacturing, assembly and prototype construction to your designs, or support in a discipline your team needs: mechanics, electronics, control or fabrication.

Startups and entrepreneurs

A development partner for physical products: requirements, feasibility studies, prototypes and preparation for manufacturing, at a pace and in stages suited to your budget.

Factories and production lines

Ongoing work on jigs, fixtures, targeted automation and process improvements, with growing familiarity with your line and its needs.

Designers, architects and makers

Turning a design into a real part, using wood, metal, plastic, composites and combinations of materials, from a first model to a small production run.

Research and development

Test rigs, measurement systems and dedicated stands for research teams and development departments that need hardware unavailable off the shelf.

Independent professionals

Designers, programmers and makers who want to join projects as subcontractors or use the workshop's capabilities for their own work.

Ways to work together

  • Subcontracting — delivering a defined work package within a project you lead, to your drawings, requirements and schedule.
  • Development partner — supporting a project from requirements to a working prototype, with responsibility for integrating the different disciplines.
  • Ongoing support — a regular arrangement for recurring tasks, such as production-line fixtures or prototypes for continuing development.
  • Joint projects — developing an idea or product together under an arrangement agreed in advance.

How to get started

  1. An introductory conversation — what you do, what you need and where Dreamtech can contribute.
  2. Agreeing responsibilities — scope, deliverables, schedules and confidentiality. Where needed, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing the details.
  3. A first project — start with a defined task and assess together whether the collaboration suits both sides.
